Care: Enamel jewelry is created by the fusion of glass at very high temperatures with precious metals like gold, silver and copper. Like a fine glass sculpture, enamel jewelry is beautiful and yet can be fragile. I like to tell me customers to treat it as if it were glass not metal. Then you are sure to avoid any heartbreak. Be careful handling your pieces of enamel jewelry while you are cleaning it to prevent any accidental damage. Since it is glass be careful not to use any abrasives. Use only soft clothes and mild detergent to wash, maybe even rinsing. I find silver best stored in plastic to avoid tarnishing. It you want to remove tarnish from silver and your piece has a patina be careful as you can quickly remove the patina by using materials like a Sunshine Cloth.
The Jewelry: All of the jewelry made has been careful constructed by hand. I also do all the photography. I do this to ensure that you see the details and quality of each piece. Please be aware however that certain colors may be appear slightly different depending on your computer monitor. All the items at Teka and Zoe some items may be made to order OR one of a kind. You may not get the exact item pictured. There may be slight variances from piece to piece. I try to note in the description if a piece is one of a kind.
We have made every effort to display accurate colors in the photographs on this web site, however, due to numerous variations in the settings of your monitor, we can not guarantee that the colors that you view on your screen are the exact colors of the items. My photography is very magnified to show you the details. but this can be deceptive. I also will have the measurements of the piece listed plus I try to always photograph it in my hand to show scale.
Payment accepted: Visa and MasterCard are accepted (your credit card statement will show Doll Artist's Workshop)' Payments are accepted through the SSL Secure Shopping Cart on the website.

Shipping: Unless otherwise stated, purchases are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail. (A flat rate of $5 per order is added for shipping in the US. This includes all handling charges and shipping insurance on your purchase). Purchases are shipped out within 4-5 days of purchase. This depends on my workload. Let me know if you have a special occasion and I will gladly help make they date. Free shipping in the US for orders over $100.
International Shipping: will be computed at the time an item is shipped via First Class Mail A reasonable rate is always charged plus a very small handling fee. This does not include Insurance!
Returns/Repairs: Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If you are not absolutely thrilled for any reason with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of purchase so we can discuss the issues. Exchanges are gladly accepted and preferred. Please contact me first. All returns must be repacked in original box and bubble wrap, packed safely and sent back in un-worn condition. I reserve the right to refuse returns on merchandise returned damaged. We need to receive your returned merchandise within 10 days from the time we respond to your email. This 10 day policy will be strictly enforced. When you return the merchandise, please make sure all items are carefully packaged and include a copy of the original receipt. Please insure or use delivery confirmation when sending back. We cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. No refund or store credit can be issued in such instance.
Fixing Hurt Jewelry: In the event that your piece happens to become damaged under normal use, we will gladly repair it at no charge within 6 months of purchase price.
Privacy: The privacy of my customers is extremely important! I will NEVER share, sell, barter, whisper, etc ANY of your personal information with ANYONE EVER!
Packaging: All items will arrive to you in a gift box with a ribbon for giving or keeping.
