The Jewelry: All of the jewelry made
has been careful constructed by hand. I select all the stones myself.
I also do all the photography. I do this to ensure that you see the
details and quality of each piece.
Please be aware however that certain
colors may be appear slightly different depending on your computer monitor.
All the items at Teka and Zoe are handmade and mostly one of a kind. All
items on my website are in stock. If you happen to order an item
that has already been sold. (before I get a chance to mark it sold) I will let
you know. SOMETIMES I can make a similar piece if you
are really dieing for a piece that is sold. In these circumstances,
we can work with you to create a similar design that will suit your needs.
You can expect an custom piece to take 2 weeks to complete.
We have made every effort to display accurate colors in the
photographs on this web site, however, due to numerous variations in the
settings of your monitor, we can not guarantee that the colors that you view on
your screen are the exact colors of the items.

Shipping- Unless otherwise stated,
purchases are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail. (A flat rate of $5 per order
is added for shipping in the US. This includes all handling charges and shipping insurance
on your purchase). Purchases are shipped out within 1-3 days of purchase. Free shipping in the US for orders
over $100.
International shipping will be computed at the time an item is shipped.
Flat rate priority mail shipping to most countries is $13 (Canada $9). This does not include Insurance!
Returns/Repairs- Your satisfaction is
100% guaranteed! If you are not absolutely thrilled for any reason with
your purchase, please return it within
14 days of receipt of purchase for a full
refund of purchase price (I am sorry, but cannot refund shipping costs
for returned items.). Please contact me first and return packed as sent in
un-worn condition. I reserve the right to refuse returns on merchandise
retuned damaged. Please include
your invoice number, the item number/name and item quantity.
An email acknowledging your return will be sent to you, usually within 24 hours.
We need to receive your returned merchandise within 10 days from the time we
respond to your email. This 10 day policy will be strictly enforced. No
exceptions please. When you return the merchandise, please make sure all
items are carefully packaged and include a copy of the original receipt. Please insure your package for the full value. We cannot be
responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. No refund or store
credit can be issued in such instance.
In the event that your
piece happens to become damaged under normal use, we will gladly repair it at
no charge within 3 months of purchase price.
Privacy- The privacy of my customers is
extremely important! I will NEVER share, sell, barter, whisper, etc ANY of
your personal information with ANYONE EVER!
Packaging- All items will arrive to you in a
gift box.
